This User Data Deletion Policy explains how users of Message Hub (WhatsApp Dashboard Bot) can request the deletion of their personal data.

1. Data Eligible for Deletion

• WhatsApp phone number
• Display name
• WhatsApp messages and command logs
• Task processing records
• Generated screenshots (if any still exist)
• System logs related to the user

2. How to Request Data Deletion

Please include your WhatsApp phone number and a brief description of your request.

3. Processing Time

We will verify and complete deletion within 7 business days.

4. After Deletion

• Personal data will be permanently removed
• Logs will be anonymized or erased
• Screenshots and temporary files will be deleted

5. Exceptions

Some non-personal system data may be retained if required by law or security needs.
